sffd_fire.jpgA four-alarm fire that burned multiple houses in San Francisco this morning left about 20 residents displaced, a fire dispatcher said.

The fire near the corner of Bayshore Boulevard and Augusta Street, near the Interstate Highway 280 and U.S. Highway 101 interchange, was reported at around 3 a.m.

One man was arrested at the scene of the fire and police are investigating whether he might be involved in starting the blaze, police said.

Firefighters had the fire under control at 4:51 a.m.
