sfpd_arrestcuffs.jpgA 16-year-old boy has been arrested in connection with a shooting in San Francisco’s Sunnydale neighborhood on Friday morning, police said.

The shooting, reported at 11:07 a.m. in the 200 block of Santos Street, injured an 18-year-old man, according to police.

The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital and is expected to survive, police said.

Police said the suspect fled in a white Honda afterward, but he and the car were later found and he was detained. Police are withholding the suspect’s name because he is a juvenile.
