sfpd_crimescene.jpgSan Francisco police continue to seek information regarding a fatal hit and run that occurred on Mar. 19, according to a statement sent by SFPD Friday.

The incident occurred at around 9:20 p.m. at the intersection of Market and Eighth streets.

The victim was identified as 51-year-old David Henderson, according to the medical examiner’s office.

A witness told police he had seen a small black vehicle hit Henderson and then run him over, police said.

The witness also reportedly saw the victim with another man who also witnessed the incident, police said.
