money.jpgTwo men robbed a bank in San Francisco’s Marina District on Saturday afternoon, police said today.

The robbery was reported around 3:15 p.m. Saturday in the 2000 block of Chestnut Street, which is near Fillmore.

The suspects, men in their 40s or 50s, entered the bank and went to separate tellers with notes demanding money, according to police. A teller handed money to one of the suspects, who then fled before the second teller handed over any cash.

No weapons were seen in the possession of the suspects, who had not been found as of this morning, according to police.

Anyone with information about the robbery is encouraged to call the Police Department’s anonymous tip line at (415) 575-4444 or send a tip by text message to TIP411.
