A man was stabbed in the arm and robbed in San Francisco’s Mission District while walking home early this morning, police said.
A man was stabbed in the arm and robbed in San Francisco’s Mission District while walking home early this morning, police said.
The 35-year-old victim was in the 2800 block of Bryant Street around 2:40 a.m. when two suspects ran across the street toward him, according to police.
One of the suspects was armed with a knife and demanded the victim to hand over his property. The suspect then lunged at the victim and stabbed him in the forearm, police said.
The suspect then took the man’s smartphone and cigarettes and ran away with his accomplice. The pair, both described as men in their 20s, had not been found as of this morning.
The victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for his injuries, which were not life threatening.
