policeblotter_sfa.jpgA woman had her purse snatched from her in San Francisco’s Outer Mission neighborhood on Wednesday night, police said.

The robbery was reported at about 9:45 p.m. near Delano and Shawnee avenues.

The 41-year-old victim was walking when a man in his mid-20s approached her and ripped the purse from her hands, knocking her to the ground, according to police.
The man then ran away with the purse, which contained a wallet and cash. He had not been found as of this morning, police said.

The victim complained of pain to her shoulder but refused transport to a hospital, according to police.
