A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle in the Richmond District of San Francisco late Saturday night, police said.
The vehicle was traveling eastbound on Fulton Street at 20th Avenue when it struck the victim at 10:01 p.m., San Francisco police said.
The victim was transported to San Francisco General Hospital and is in critical condition.
The vehicle remained at the scene when police arrived and the driver cooperated with officers, police said.
There was no indication that drugs or alcohol were involved, police said.
