A low cloud ceiling is causing delays at San Francisco International Airport this afternoon, an airport duty manager said.

The arriving flights are the most affected, but some departing flights are behind schedule as well, the duty manager said.

The delays, which are averaging 80 minutes, are expected to continue through midnight.
