Elsewhere: SFPD Seeks Information in Life-Threatening Hit-and-Run

San Francisco police are investigating a hit-and-run Tuesday night that left a pedestrian seriously injured.

The hit-and-run happened at about 8:20 p.m. near the intersection of California Street and Van Ness Avenue, police said.

Police said the driver kept going after striking the pedestrian, who was left with life-threatening injuries.

Police were not yet releasing additional details about the incident this morning.
