3:50PM: A young boy was left home alone for a few minutes when a male suspect reportedly knocked on the front door. The boy opened the door, and the suspect allegedly pulled him outside, then entered the home and locked the boy out. The boy ran to a neighbor’s home and called his uncle, who then called police. No property was stolen from the 600 block of Madrid Street, and the suspect was never located.

8:05PM: On the 400 block of Edinburgh Street, three allegedly armed suspects entered a home through the front door. They then reportedly rounded up the six males that were inside the residence, and proceeded to rob the home. No injuries were reported.

11:50PM: A man was walking down the 2800 block of 23rd Street when a suspect allegedly punched him from behind. The suspect then held a knife to the man, while two other suspects reportedly rummaged through the man’s pockets, stealing his property. The victim was then knocked to the ground and assaulted. The suspects fled on foot, and no arrest was made. The victim was taken to the hospital with non-serious injuries.

Tuesday, 7-27-10

12:48AM: On the 400 block of Argonaut Avenue, three suspects allegedly approached a victim and robbed him at gunpoint. The suspects fled on foot. No arrests or injuries were reported.

2:40AM: A man got off the bus at Mission and 30th Streets, when three suspects approached him. One suspect reportedly sprayed an unknown chemical in the man’s eyes, and another stole his money. The man was treated by medics, no arrest was made.
