Officials at SFO say that folks flying out of there this morning should expect delays of nearly an hour. There’s apparently a “low ceiling of fog” which is impacting most planes coming from anywhere further west than Denver, which is causing an average delay of 48 minutes for departing passengers.

They say that a ground-delay program will be in effect at SFO today from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. That means you might be stuck on the tarmac for a good while today, so bring a book, travelers!
