Remember those high wind advisories issued yesterday? They were expected to be in effect for all Bay Area bridges and roadways.

According to National Weather Service forecaster Suzanne Anderson, it was canceled at around 2:15 a.m. because it would just be too annoying to deal with that too the Bay Bridge is closed and THE WORLD MUST STOP “winds have dropped below criteria warranting a high wind warning.”

Anderson warns that “gusts of up to 35 mph are still a possibility” and that drivers should continue to be aware of the potential hazard (of wind! Not falling bridge pieces!) on Bay Area bridges.
