11:38 AM (BCN): Service was restored to San Francisco Municipal Railway’s L-Taraval line late this morning after a disruption caused by an accident on the line earlier today.
The accident happened around 10:30 a.m. in the area of 19th Avenue and Taraval Street.
Muni spokesman Judson True said an outbound L-Taraval light rail vehicle and another vehicle collided, but did not have details on how the accident happened.
No injuries were reported and the crash was cleared by about 11:20 a.m.
Bus shuttles were set up between the West Portal station and the San Francisco Zoo during the disruption.
