A man found dead at an intersection in San Francisco’s Mission District early Saturday after a possible hit-and-run was identified today by the medical examiner’s office as 54-year-old Roger Kardosky.
Kardosky’s body was found at the corner of 19th and Folsom streets at about 4:15 a.m., according to police and the medical examiner’s office.
The medical examiner’s office has said Kardosky’s death was consistent with a hit-and-run involving a vehicle, but said today a final determination has not yet been made.
Kardosky had no fixed address, according to the medical examiner’s office.
A police spokesman said this afternoon that he had no information on any suspects in the case.
