Those damned Athletics. Just when you had finally convinced your friend to buy those season tickets they pull this mid-season comeback nonsense. Such a sudden burst of victory has forced me to reexamine a team I had all but damned to obscurity, while their GM may soon have to reconsider his own plans for a mid-season shakedown.
