A cyclist was injured in a collision at a busy San Francisco intersection this morning, San Francisco fire spokeswoman Mindy Talmadge said.
The fire department received a call at 7:39 a.m. from someone reporting that a vehicle had struck a bicyclist at 19th and Irving streets.
The cyclist was conscious and breathing but may have suffered a head injury in the fall, Talmadge said.
The victim was transported to a hospital at 7:58 a.m.
