Nutrition experts and physicians are inviting people to test their taste buds Monday at a San Francisco hospital to decide whether naughty holiday foods out delight their less-fattening counterparts.

Healthy and unhealthy fare will be displayed on tables at Saint Francis Memorial Hospital for the event. Santa will also be there with his list of nice and naughty foods.

Some naughty examples given by the hospital are egg nog, which has 350 calories, and top sirloin that packs 750 calories. Better choices on their list are things like 120-calorie wine and roasted red potatoes, which have 100 calories in each half cup.

The event is at the hospital, located at 900 Hyde St. It will be in the cafe on the second floor from 11 a.m. until noon.
