San Francisco police recovered more than 600 marijuana plants and $5,000 cash after serving search warrants at three locations in the city’s Silver Terrace and Bayview neighborhoods tonight, a police spokesman said.

Officer Boaz Mariles said investigators served warrants in the 100 block of Toland Street, the 100 block of Topeka Avenue and the 1000 block of Hollister Avenue, and that all the locations are believed to be part of one operation.

“The suspects are still outstanding so this is a pending investigation,” Mariles said.

In a separate investigation, officers recovered between 175 and 200 marijuana plants Monday afternoon after searching a home in the 100 block of Bridgeview Drive in the city’s Silver Terrace neighborhood. One suspect was arrested in connection with that case and another is still being sought, Mariles said.
