Man Injured in Potrero Terrace Drive-By

A man was injured Wednesday evening in a drive-by shooting in San Francisco’s Potrero Terrace housing project, police said.

The 26-year-old victim was standing on the street in the 1800 block of 25th Street shortly after 7 p.m. when he saw a black truck or SUV driving by, according to police.

The victim told police he heard three shots and was hit once in the right forearm.

He was taken to the hospital for treatment and is expected to survive his injuries, police said.

The suspect, a male armed with a semi-automatic handgun, was last seen driving east on 26th Street. No arrests have been made in the case, according to police.
