SFPD Seeking Armed Robbery Suspect Who Took Cash From Restaurant

Police are looking for an armed robbery suspect who took cash from a restaurant in San Francisco’s Mission District on Wednesday evening.

At 5:20 p.m., police responded to the robbery reported in the 1100 block of Treat Avenue, according to police.

The suspect allegedly entered the restaurant, cut to the front of the line and pointed a black revolver at two women, police said.

The suspect demanded money and one of the women opened the register. The suspect then took the cash from the register and fled west on 25th Street, according to police.

Police described the suspect as a man believed to be in his late 20s or early 30s.

No one was injured in the robbery, police said.
