The San Francisco Fire Department has responded this evening to a suspicious item found at the Church Street Muni station, fire officials said.
Firefighters responded at 8:06 p.m. and were still staging as of 9:06 p.m., according to fire officials. The Church Street station is located at the intersection of Church, Market and 14th streets.
