Motorcyclist Suffers Head Injuries in Van Ness Crash

A motorcyclist suffered head injuries in a collision with a vehicle on Van Ness Avenue in San Francisco early Sunday morning, according to police.

The crash was reported around 3:50 a.m. at the intersection of Van Ness Avenue and Hayes Street.

The motorcyclist was taken to San Francisco General Hospital to be treated for the injuries, which are not considered life-threatening, police said.

No arrests were made in connection with the crash, according to police.

    I am the passenger riding in the front seat who sadly felt the impact and witnessed such a shell shocking and unexpected situation. I am so hopeful for a full recovery regarding the motercyclyist in light of this terrible and unfortunate accident.       My boyfriend died in a wreck Sunday morning. Was it a Harley Davidson motorcycle? I don’t know anything. I’ve called General and he’s not there.
