Gunman Takes Out Empty Car

A suspect shot at an unoccupied car in San Francisco’s Sunnydale neighborhood on Saturday morning, police said today.

The shooting was reported at 9:50 a.m. Saturday near Sunnydale Avenue and Sawyer Street.

According to police, someone opened fire from a car into the unoccupied vehicle, then sped away on northbound Sunnyvale Avenue.

The unoccupied car was damaged by the gunfire but there were no injuries reported, police said.
