At Least One Residence Evacuated After Collapse Of Twin Peaks Home

Emergency crews responded to an under construction home that collapsed near San Francisco’s Twin Peaks neighborhood late Monday night, a police spokesman said.

At about 10:30 p.m. on Monday police received a report that a residence under construction had collapsed in the 100 block of Crown Terrace.

Police and firefighters responded to the scene and at least one residence was evacuated, police said.

A building inspector was called to the area near Crown Terrace and Raccoon Drive, fire officials said.

According to police, the 100 block of Graystone Terrace is closed to traffic.
