Victim Of Shooting Near Mission Street Identified As SF Man

A man fatally shot in San Francisco’s Excelsior District on Wednesday afternoon has been identified by the medical examiner’s office as 20-year-old Eric Mabry.

The shooting was reported around 4 p.m. Wednesday near Mission Street and Brazil Avenue, police said.

Officers arrived to find Mabry suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was pronounced dead at the scene, according to police.

A male suspect was seen running from the scene of the shooting, but no other suspect information was immediately available from police.
