There were 84 cancellations and longer than an hour delays today at San Francisco International Airport as one of the airport’s four runways remains closed because of the deadly Asiana Airlines Flight 214 crash on Saturday.
Runway 28L, the site of the crash that left two Chinese teen girls dead and more than 180 injured, will remain closed as the National Transportation Safety Board investigates the incident.

There is no estimated time for its reopening.
All SFO flights were diverted or canceled following the crash. Two of four runways reopened later on Saturday, and a third reopened around 1 p.m. on Sunday, according to airport officials.
Today, 50 departing flights and 34 arrivals were canceled, SFO duty manager Nancie Parker said.
Delays into and out of the airport were averaging between 60 and 90 minutes, she said.
Passengers affected by the flight delays and cancellations are advised to contact airline companies for information.
NTSB chairman Deborah Hersman said earlier today that crash wreckage and debris is visible on the runway and will not be removed until a team completes its investigation into the deadly crash.
