
Firefighters brought a fire at a French restaurant in San Francisco’s Mission District under control early this morning, according to fire officials.
The two-alarm fire at Chez Spencer restaurant and bar, located at 82 14th Street near Folsom Street, was reported by a neighbor at about 1:30 a.m., fire officials said.
The blaze was brought under control shortly before 2:50 a.m., fire officials said.
No injuries were reported, according to fire officials.
The restaurant, which features a wood-burning oven, opened in 2002, according to the restaurant’s website.
The cause of the blaze remains under investigation, fire officials said.
