A Muni bus was hit by a car in San Francisco’s Mission District Sunday afternoon, a Muni spokesman said.
The outbound 48 Quintara bus was stopped at a light at 24th Street and South Van Ness Avenue around 4:45 p.m. when it was hit on the left side, Muni spokesman Paul Rose said.
One person on the bus claimed to be injured in the collision but refused medical treatment. No injuries were reported in the vehicle that struck the bus, Rose said.
No major damage was reported, and the accident has cleared from the scene, Rose said.
