Firefighters battled a two-alarm structure fire in San Francisco’s Richmond District that displaced nine residents Sunday night, fire officials said.
Crews responded to a report of a fire at 5642 California Street, which is near 19th Avenue, at about 9:45 p.m., officials said.
While battling the blaze, one firefighter suffered a minor injury, according to fire officials.
The fire was under control at about 10:30 p.m., fire officials said.
The cause is under investigation.
