A man robbed a bank in San Francisco’s Financial District on Thursday morning, police said.
The robbery was reported at 9:58 a.m. in the first block of Front Street.
The suspect, described as a man between 45 and 50 years old, entered the bank and gave a teller a note demanding money. The note also included other unintelligible writing, according to police.
The teller had an empty drawer so the suspect went to two other tellers and made a similar demand. He was given an undisclosed amount of cash and fled from the bank, police said.
No weapon was seen during the robbery.
The suspect remained outstanding as of this morning, police said.
