Woman Kicked, Has Cellphone Snatched At Muni Stop In Chinatown

police-light-bar1.jpgA woman was kicked in the shin and robbed of her cellphone while waiting at a San Francisco Municipal Railway bus stop in Chinatown on Wednesday night, police said.

The 36-year-old woman was waiting at the bus stop at Sacramento and Stockton streets around 10 p.m. when a man attacked her, according to police.

The suspect, described as in his late teens, fled with the phone.

The victim suffered a bruise to her shin but refused transport to a hospital.
