policeblotter_sfa.jpgPolice are at the scene of a Friday night stabbing near a San Francisco Fisherman’s Wharf restaurant, according to a resident walking in the area.

A neighbor, who did not want to give his name, said as of midnight there were three police cars and at least four officers in front of the In-N-Out Burger chain, located at 333 Jefferson St.

San Francisco fire officials said one stabbing victim was taken to San Francisco General Hospital at 11:12 p.m.

The neighbor said this morning the area around the In-N-Out is cordoned off with yellow police tape and there are three baseball caps and some pieces of clothing on the ground, along with napkins that appear to be bloody.
