The transit kiosk has been re-engineered and re-branded to allow customers to exchange damaged or defective cards for new ones; receive senior and youth Clipper cards; and use transit benefit vouchers, debit cards or both to load value onto a Clipper card.

Travelers can also get answers to questions about the Clipper program.

MTC Commissioner Jon Rubin will speak Wednesday at the kiosk unveiling. Another new customer service center will open at the Bay Crossings store at the Ferry Building.

The event will begin at 2 p.m. at the Embarcadero BART/Muni station’s concourse level, east end.
