sfpd_squad.jpgPolice and emergency responders reported to the scene of a shooting in San Francisco’s Visitacion Valley neighborhood early this morning, a police sergeant said.

A call came in at about 12:30 a.m. of a shooting in the 300 block of Raymond Avenue, according to a fire dispatcher.

Police Sgt. Michael Andraychak said the shooting appeared to have been “domestic in nature and self-inflicted.”

No information about the victim was released because Andraychak said it is department policy to withhold information for privacy reasons in either of those situations.
