A man has barricaded himself in his San Francisco apartment this afternoon, a police spokesman said.
Officers and crisis negotiators are responding to the 1400 block of Franklin Street where a man refuses to leave an apartment building, San Francisco police Officer Chan said.
As of 1:30 p.m., police have closed Franklin Street between Post and Bush streets and Sutter street between Van Ness Avenue and Gough Street, Chan said.
