Sutter, Montgomery Closed Due To Smoke From PG&E Vault Fire
9:21 AM: KRON4 broadcast confirms that due to smoke hazards from an underground vault fire, Montgomery continues to be closed at Bush, and Sutter's closed for a block on each side of Montgomery.
8:48 AM: A tipster texts "Montomery closed at Bush. Lots of PGE trucks everywhere." According to PG&E, the issue is burning secondary mains at Sutter and Montgomery.
After sending personnel to the scene (that's the "lots of PGE trucks" our tipster noted) PG&E says "(t)he secondary mains have been isolated and the fire is out."
