Newsom, Harris Support Medical Cannabis, Hate Legalization

Kamala Harris, when she was the deputy City Attorney in charge of child abuse/neglect prosecutions (2000-2003), continued the work of her predecessor, Katherine Feinstein (daughter of Dianne) who began a child custody battle with me in 1998 because I used medical marijuana (had a letter from UCSF Dept. of Neurology months prior to CPS' arrival). I was found guilty of putting my four children at RISK for neglect due to my use of medical marijuana and the City was given legal (but not physical) custody of our family for 3 years. But Kamala Harris hated medical marijuana so much that she went ahead, late 2000, with a 3rd full trial even though CPS said "there were no actual CPS concerns or issues with the family since the opening of the case" in report after report and on the stand. City won (legal) custody again. My book about the 48 examples of perjury, tampering, suppression, etc used by the City Atty's office is online for two weeks now and the silence from the media is deafening...but the blogosphere is the place to be for any whistleblower. By November, this story of how Kamala Harris acted as a deputy City Attorney will be known, one click at a time, one blog after another.

Yeah Cool ....! Finally some smarts being shown out'a these politicians that know & understand that Medicinal Marajuana must stay just that. "Medical" Not for recreational use. As soon as big tobacco gets ahold of manufacturing "Marlboro-Green" by the pack. And/Or "Cannatonnic" like buying a can'o'buglar. It's "THROUGH" It's value will go down 'cause the quality will fall. I think what he means is, I'm against this now while I'm actively campaigning for office, but once it's voted into law I'm all for it.

As it is, medical cannabis dispensaries are already being exploited by recreational pot heads who manage to get "doctors' recommendations" to access pot alleging for "medicinal" purposes.

Prop 215 is no doubt already largely abused by recreational pot heads feigning "medical necessity", although it is absolutely true that those of us who have conditions actually helped by medicinal pot do legitimately benefit from the legislation.

It's like a bunch of able-bodied people feigning "disabilities" in order to get the blue disability parking placard. The truly disabled benefit from the provision, but it is horribly abused by perfectly able-bodied people to get free parking.

So I resent this.
So "effing" what?, some may ask.

So legalize pot already and quit the charade, I say!
