Re: alcohol...last year it meant they took "bottles and kegs from your drunkass hands." I got a bottle taken from me at one point. I kept walking but the cop followed me and threatened to give me a ticket if I didn't pour the beer out. For kegs, cops would confiscate the taps- much lighter than confiscating a heavy keg and more of a punishment, too, since liquor stores don't like losing those things.
There's a mistake in the article, too. The event is Sunday, not Saturday.

Someone needs to do a map of liquor stores that sell those little shots of booze or drinks in plastic bags. No bottle, no can, just a little packet of booze.
