+3 points for getting Muni operators to make concessions to offset some of the outrageous proposed fare increases on senior citizens and the disabled. +6 points for the miraculously quick repair of the N-Judah sinkhole. -10 points for dropping a passenger off a wheelchair lift, hitting a fellow Muni employee and sheering off a fire hydrant resulting in flooding of nearby businesses. In short, FAIL!
