BART: Saturday schedule, which means service runs from 6 AM-midnight on all 5 lines. BART's administration office will be closed in observance of the federal holiday. Parking will be free in all station parking facilities.

Caltrain: Regular schedule
Parking: Parking meters will be enforced, as will 7 day street sweeping. Commuter tow away, residential parking permits and Monday-Friday street sweeping will not be enforced.
What's closed: Courts, City and county offices, banks, post offices (so you're not getting mail today, either), schools.
