Might this be a Russian-oriented supper club? I noticed that Russian Renaissance on Geary has new ownership for the first time in many decades and that I have not heard of many brawls like those at the Bear on Clement a decade back...
Is there any reason a school playground couldn't be used for a weekend Farmer's Market? Star of the Sea would be a good location as would either of the public Junior Highs in the Richmond District.
