5:53 PM: True says that “Southbound Park Presidio is open and Muni buses have returned to their regular route.”

5:15 PM: According to MTA spokesperson Judson True, a 28 19th Ave Muni bus has collided with a truck at Park Presidio and Lake Streets, blocking the southbound lanes of Park Presidio and necessitating the reroute of the 28 and 28L.

True says the accident occurred at 4:30, and that a passenger from the truck has gone to SF General with injuries he terms “non-life-threatening.”

According to reports, traffic in that area is a real mess, so avoid it if possible.
