In fairness, do you really expect SFPD to solve every crime and make an arrest within 48 hours of an incident? Not sure if this was the Appeal's attempt at humor, or trying to call out the SFPD. Can't isolate a weekend's worth of incidents and conclude something is wrong with law enforcement for not having made arrests. Take a look at the location of each incident; not rocket science to figure out that bad shit happens in bad neighborhoods ('cept Banbury Drive). You know what is the biggest obstacle to law enforcement in the Mission and the Ingleside? Lack of cooperative witnesses who will tell the police what they saw.
