The irony is that you have two fire posts on the page today, and another one just the other day (Mission fire). So, maybe the Supes ought to look at the Appeal and figure out what to do about the Fire Dept. For my mind, when it's my house that's on fire and my family inside, I'll hope there's no "brown out" in my 'hood.

I agree with BLOOM. No "Brown Outs."
I also agree with Chris Daly that the afternoon cocktail hour should end in San Francisco
fires houses but they should be allowed to continue the Sunday morning fizzes and such.
