Judson Avenue vs. Mission Street? San Benito Way vs. Geary Blvd? Judson is a nice neighborhood street that most people Mapquest unless you went to Riordan or CCSF. San Benito Way is a only 3-blocker in St. Francis Wood (real nice Christmas lights though).
Comparing Dirty with Less Dirty might be better illustrated if the commercial streets were assessed separately from the cul de sacs.
