7:38 AM: According to the MTA, all Muni Metro trains are delayed due to a problem with the train control system.
The J, K/T, L, M and N lines are all operating in manual mode between Embarcadero and Van Ness stations, which the MTA says is causing “causing slow LRV traffic and rolling delays.”
They say that shuttle buses are being deployed to supplement the service.
