2:21 PM: True says that as of 2:07, the problems with the train control system have been resolved. However, “rolling delays” (which, in our experience, are heavy on the “delay,” light on the actual “rolling”) are expected for at least the next hour.

1:03 PM: SF MTA spokesperson Judson True says that as of 12:13, problems with the train control system are causing “rolling delays” for all outbound Muni Metro trains from Embarcadero. Proving that shit spreads, True also says that inbound service is also experiencing delays “as a result of the outbound service issue.” Wheeee!
