2:33 PM: See ya, big rig! As of 2:10 p.m. the obstriction has been cleared, and the N has returned to regular service.

1:59 PM: The J Church is back in service, with shuttle buses supplementing service. The N Judah remains out of service, with buses running from Carl/Cole and Judah/19th Avenue in its place.

1:31 PM: MTA spokesperson Judson True tells us there are three separate issues plaguing Muni this afternoon.

— As of 12:44 p.m., the J Church Muni Metro line is served by shuttle buses between Church/30th and San Jose/Geneva because of a problem with a LRV

— As of 12:53 p.m., a disabled 18-wheeler is blocking the street near UCSF, and impeding the progress of the N Judah. Shuttle buses are running between Carl/Cole and Judah/19th Avenue instead.

— Between 1:04 p.m. and 1:23 p.m., outbound (toward West Portal) Muni Metro service was blocked at Embarcadero because of a medical emergency on an LRV. Service has resumed but True expects residual delays.
