Why doesn't this surprise me? Even if, again, even IF someone was talking to the driver, why was he so close to the other trolley car to begin with?
This happened on Market at 16th Street heading west. That second trolley car should have been back at 15th Street, or there abouts.
This line ends at 18th and Castro Street anyway. What is the freaking hurry?
