once again the lack of experience at the Board shows up. They'll cut a few lawyers at the PD's office - only to then hire more expensive outsourced ones.
And again, the Progressives capitulated to the Mayor on all his priorities, whether due to a lack of experience or a lack of self confidence. Either way, this is another lame budget , almost as bad as the MTA budget FAIL we had the other day.
